Join Pikolin, a leader in the rest industry, as a Mattress Stitching Assistant. This vital role supports our production team in the meticulous assembly and finishing of high-quality mattresses. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our products meet the exacting standards of craftsmanship and durability that Pikolin is known for. This is an on-site position based in our Cambrils facility, offering a hands-on opportunity to contribute to the creation of premium bedding solutions.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines for mattress stitching.
• Perform precise stitching of mattress components, including borders, panels, and covers.
• Inspect stitched components for quality, consistency, and adherence to design specifications.
• Assist in the preparation of materials, including cutting and positioning fabric.
• Follow production schedules and quality control procedures diligently.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or material defects to supervisors.
