We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Finance to lead our financial operations in Zaragoza. This pivotal role will oversee all financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance activities, ensuring the financial health and strategic growth of our regional operations. The Head of Finance will be a key member of the leadership team, providing critical insights and guidance to drive business performance and achieve strategic objectives. Responsabilidades Clave

• Lead and manage all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the Zaragoza region.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure robust financial controls and operational efficiency.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/local GAAP).
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Manage treasury functions, including cash flow management, liquidity, and investment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all local and national financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to support business initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
• Act as a strategic partner to the regional leadership team, offering financial expertise and challenging assumptions.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Expertise in accounting principles (IFRS/local GAAP) and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Experience with financial modeling and business intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with the Spanish regulatory financial landscape.
