We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic Digital Products team in Bilbao. In this role, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, designing, and optimizing user interfaces and experiences for our cutting-edge digital banking applications and platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure that our products are not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional, intuitive, and user-friendly, directly contributing to our mission of putting customers first through exceptional digital experiences.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Translate research insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for various digital products.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, ensuring consistency with BBVA's brand guidelines and design system.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver design solutions.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and technical constraints.
• Create and maintain design documentation, style guides, and component libraries.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
• Champion user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting data to inform design decisions.
• Ability to create compelling wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, color, and layout.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly.
• A portfolio showcasing strong UI/UX design skills and successful digital product experiences.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience working in the FinTech or banking industry.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better communicate with engineers.
• Experience with motion graphics or animation in UI design.
