We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to join our International Distribution Center in Benidorm. In this vital role, you will support the efficient flow of goods, ensuring timely and accurate processing of international shipments. Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist in the coordination and monitoring of international inbound and outbound shipments.
• Process shipping documentation, including customs declarations, invoices, and packing lists.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
• Communicate effectively with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal departments.
• Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and manage inventory.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.
• Prepare reports on shipping activities, inventory levels, and operational performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the distribution center.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain principles

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
• Vocational training or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Experience in an international distribution or warehousing environment
