Descripción del Trabajo

We are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient IT Support Technician (1st/2nd Level) to join our dynamic team in Denia. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our employees, providing essential technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to higher-level support, and ensuring a smooth IT experience for all users. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to IT support, contributing directly to our operational efficiency.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices) and software (operating systems, business applications).
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within Active Directory and other identity management systems.
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting, including connectivity issues, VPN, and Wi-Fi configurations.
  • Document all support interactions, resolutions, and configurations accurately in the helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate 2nd or 3rd level support teams while maintaining clear communication with users.
  • Assist with IT new user onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment setup and account provisioning.
  • Maintain IT inventory and asset management records, ensuring accurate tracking of all company assets.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of IT knowledge base articles and support documentation.

Habilidades Requeridas

  • Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in a 1st/2nd level IT support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory for user and group management, and basic server administration.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
  • Experience with remote desktop support tools and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
  • Prior experience in a large corporate IT environment.
