We are seeking an visionary and accomplished Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and innovation initiatives. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of technology development, infrastructure, and operations, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge, secure, and scalable. This is a critical leadership role that requires a blend of deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional leadership skills. The ideal candidate will drive our technological vision, foster a culture of innovation, and align technology efforts with overall business objectives, contributing significantly to our continued growth and market leadership.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Define, articulate, and execute the company's technology strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of engineers, developers, and IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of technology development, from conceptualization and design to deployment and maintenance of all products and platforms.
• Manage technology budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships efficiently to maximize ROI.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies and architectural patterns to maintain a competitive edge and drive efficiency.
• Establish and enforce robust cybersecurity protocols, data privacy measures, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and technical excellence within the engineering organization.
• Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to overall corporate strategy and representing the company’s technological vision to stakeholders, investors, and clients.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior executive position (VP of Engineering, CTO, etc.).
• Proven track record in defining and executing successful technology strategies in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep expertise in modern software architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and scalable systems.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR), and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and manage large, diverse technical teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in agile development methodologies and project management.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in the telecommunications, IoT, AI/ML, or cybersecurity sectors.
• Prior experience managing global technology operations and distributed teams.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
• Experience with M&A technical due diligence and integration.
