We are seeking a dedicated and proficient Renewable Energy Engineer to join our dynamic English Team based in Arrecife, Canary Islands. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of renewable energy projects, primarily focusing on solar, wind, and potentially hybrid systems. You will work within an international team, requiring strong English communication skills, to ensure the successful implementation of projects from concept to completion. Responsabilidades Clave

• Conduct technical due diligence and feasibility studies for new renewable energy projects.
• Design and optimize solar PV, wind turbine, and other renewable energy systems using industry-standard software.
• Prepare technical specifications, scope of work documents, and tender packages.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to design, budget, and schedule.
• Perform energy yield assessments and performance analysis for operational assets.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including project managers, environmental specialists, and site engineers.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, codes, and standards.
• Provide technical support and expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in renewable energy project development or engineering.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) for an international team environment.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV and/or wind power technologies and system design principles.
• Experience with energy modeling software (e.g., PVSyst, WindPRO, AutoCAD).
• Understanding of electrical grids, grid integration, and power electronics.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Experience with hybrid energy systems or energy storage solutions.
• Familiarity with Spanish energy market regulations and permitting processes.
• PMP or other project management certifications.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
