We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Paid Ads Specialist with a strong focus on performance marketing to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for executing, optimizing, and scaling our paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and ROI. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of paid ad campaigns, from strategy development and implementation to ongoing optimization and detailed reporting, all while working remotely.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Develop, implement, and manage successful paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform campaign strategy.
• Perform continuous A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and creatives to maximize performance and conversion rates.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend and adherence to performance targets (CPA, ROAS, LTV).
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media and performance marketing.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators, designers, and analytics specialists, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
• Develop comprehensive reports and presentations on campaign results, providing clear explanations of performance and future strategies.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale paid advertising campaigns.
• Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Proven ability to achieve measurable results and optimize campaigns for key performance indicators (KPIs).
