We are seeking a talented and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our innovative Tech Hub in Villajoyosa. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust machine learning models and systems across various domains. You will work within a dynamic team, collaborating with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate complex business problems into scalable ML solutions. This position requires a strong foundation in machine learning principles, proficiency in programming, and practical experience with MLOps best practices.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms.
• Build and maintain robust ML pipelines for data ingestion, training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with data scientists to translate research prototypes into production-ready systems.
• Optimize ML models for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Implement MLOps practices, including version control, continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD), and monitoring.
• Contribute to the architectural design of ML platforms and services.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues related to ML models and infrastructure.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
• Experience with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow).
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
