We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Tenant Liaison Officer to join our dynamic team in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. This role is crucial for maintaining excellent relationships between our property owners and their tenants, ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction and seamless property management. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for English-speaking tenants, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating smooth communication regarding property matters. You will be instrumental in upholding our commitment to exceptional service standards within our diverse portfolio of residential properties.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Serve as the primary point of contact for English-speaking tenants regarding all property-related inquiries and issues.
- Mediate and resolve tenant disputes and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, and property owners to ensure timely resolution of repair requests.
- Facilitate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including key handovers, property inspections, and documentation.
- Communicate lease terms, property rules, and regulations to tenants clearly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, service requests, and resolutions using property management software.
- Assist in rent collection and follow-up on overdue payments as needed.
- Conduct regular property visits to ensure compliance with tenancy agreements and address any emerging issues.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Prior experience in property management, customer service, or a related field in the real estate sector.
- Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio).
- Knowledge of local tenancy laws and regulations in the Canary Islands/Spain.
- Proficiency in Spanish or German is a plus.
