We are seeking a talented and passionate Brand Identity Designer to join our dynamic team at our Figueres creative hub. This role is crucial for developing visually compelling and strategically sound brand identities for our diverse portfolio of international clients, with a strong focus on projects requiring clear English communication. You will be instrumental in shaping how brands look, feel, and speak to their audiences, from initial concept to final execution. If you have a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of branding principles, and are ready to contribute to an English-speaking agency environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Lead the conceptualization and development of comprehensive brand identity systems, including logos, typography, color palettes, imagery, and style guides.
• Collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters, and other design team members to translate brand strategies into distinctive visual executions.
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively to internal teams and clients.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and collateral, from digital platforms to print materials.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually elevate the quality of our creative output.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to client projects.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in brand identity design or a similar role.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing strong branding and visual identity projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with international clients and team members.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience working within an advertising or design agency setting.
• Familiarity with motion graphics or UI/UX design principles.
• Proficiency in Spanish or Catalan is a plus, but not required.
