We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Brewery Assistant to join our team at our vibrant Chueca location in Madrid. This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to learn the art and science of brewing. Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist brewers in all stages of the brewing process, from milling and mashing to fermentation and packaging.
• Operate and maintain brewing equipment, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
• Monitor fermentation processes, take samples, and record data accurately.
• Clean and sanitize tanks, pipes, and other brewery equipment rigorously.
• Help with inventory management, including receiving raw materials and organizing finished products.
• Prepare ingredients and materials for brewing runs.
• Assist with packaging tasks, including bottling, canning, and kegging.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg) regularly.
• Basic proficiency in English for understanding instructions and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Eagerness to learn and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Physical stamina for standing, bending, and repetitive tasks.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Prior experience in a manufacturing, food production, or warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of basic hygiene and safety practices.
• Interest in beer and the brewing process.
• Basic Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required.
