We are seeking a diligent and physically fit Caraway Harvesting Operative – Farm Hand to join our team for the upcoming harvesting season in Benicassim. This temporary position is crucial for ensuring the timely and efficient collection of our caraway crop. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team in an outdoor agricultural setting. While prior experience is beneficial, comprehensive training will be provided to ensure all operatives are proficient in harvesting techniques and safety protocols. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in commercial agriculture.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Execute manual harvesting of caraway plants according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Operate and maintain basic farm machinery and tools used in the harvesting process, under supervision.
• Assist with the loading, unloading, and transportation of harvested crops to designated processing areas.
• Monitor crop quality during harvesting, reporting any issues or anomalies to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the fields and surrounding areas.
• Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with other farm hands and supervisors to achieve daily harvesting targets.
• Perform other general farm duties as required to support agricultural operations.

• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and bending, in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

• Basic understanding of agricultural practices (training provided).
• Proficiency in Spanish or willingness to learn basic Spanish for communication.
