We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie / Line Cook to join our dynamic International Kitchen Team at our prestigious hotel in Altea. As a key member of our culinary brigade, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring consistency, flavor, and presentation. This role requires a strong understanding of various international cuisines, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Responsabilidades Clave
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to company recipes and standards.
- Oversee a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., sauces, pastry, vegetables, grill) and ensure its smooth operation.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in all areas of the kitchen.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and proper storage of ingredients.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menu items and special promotions.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented consistently, meeting quality and portion control standards.
- Manage food waste effectively and contribute to cost-control initiatives.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including HACCP procedures.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Line Cook in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
- Strong knowledge of international cooking techniques and culinary principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
- Passion for food and a creative approach to cooking.

- Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification.
- Experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel kitchen.
