We are seeking dedicated and physically capable individuals to join our event production team as a Concert Stagehand. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in the setup, operation, and teardown of stage equipment for a variety of live music concerts and events. This is a hands-on position requiring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, ensuring our artists and audiences enjoy seamless and professional productions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the vibrant live music industry.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks containing stage equipment, musical instruments, sound gear, lighting rigs, and other production materials.
• Participate in the assembly and disassembly of stage structures, risers, backdrops, and other set elements according to technical specifications and safety protocols.
• Help with the positioning and cabling of audio, lighting, video, and special effects equipment.
• Operate rigging equipment and follow instructions for safe hoisting and lowering of stage elements.
• Maintain a clean and organized backstage environment during setup, show, and strike.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, ensuring a secure working environment for all crew members.
• Support the production team and artists with ad-hoc requests as needed to ensure the smooth running of events.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Physical stamina and strength, capable of lifting heavy equipment (up to 25kg) and performing manual labor for extended periods.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure live event environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to following instructions precisely.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules.
• Basic understanding of tools and equipment used in event production.
• Fluency in Spanish and a working knowledge of English.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in a stagehand, crew, or event production role.
• Familiarity with concert staging, lighting, sound, or rigging equipment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Certification in first aid or relevant safety training.
• Knowledge of local venues and event spaces in the Valencian Community.
