We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Corn Field Workers in Ronda, Málaga. As a Corn Field Worker, you will be an essential part of our agricultural operations, contributing to the successful cultivation and harvest of corn crops. This role requires physical stamina, a willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and a commitment to following safety protocols. No prior experience is strictly required, as on-the-job training will be provided.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Perform manual labor tasks related to corn cultivation, including planting, weeding, thinning, and harvesting.
• Operate basic farm equipment and tools under supervision, such as hoes, shovels, and small tillers.
• Assist with irrigation activities, ensuring proper water distribution to crops.
• Monitor crop health, identifying and reporting any signs of pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies.
• Follow all safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in the fields and surrounding farm premises.
• Participate in crop protection activities, including applying fertilizers or organic treatments.
• Assist with general farm maintenance tasks as needed.
• Adhere to quality standards for corn crops, ensuring proper handling and selection during harvest.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, stooping, and kneeling.
• Willingness to work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions (heat, cold, sun, rain).
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures or willingness to learn.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in agricultural labor or farm work.
• Familiarity with corn cultivation practices.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish.
