We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Barcelona’s El Born district. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, implementing, and administering our total rewards programs, ensuring they are competitive, fair, and aligned with our strategic objectives. You will contribute to attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent by optimizing our compensation structures, benefits offerings, and recognition initiatives.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Participate in the design, development, and implementation of compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and health & welfare benefits.
  • Conduct market competitive analysis, salary surveys, and benchmark studies to ensure our total rewards packages remain competitive and effective.
  • Administer benefit plans, including enrollment, claims resolution, vendor management, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Support annual compensation processes such as merit increases, bonus payouts, and long-term incentive awards.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data, preparing reports and insights for HR leadership and business partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
  • Communicate total rewards programs to employees, providing clear and comprehensive information and support.
  • Assist in the evaluation and selection of new benefit vendors and programs.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives related to total rewards and employee well-being.

Habilidades Requeridas

  • 3+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid understanding of compensation principles, market pricing, and benefits administration.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Familiarity with global compensation and benefits practices.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CCP, CEBS).
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; Catalan is a plus.
