Descripción del Trabajo

We are seeking an exceptionally talented and visionary Creative Director to lead our international creative team. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing compelling, award-winning campaigns that resonate across different cultures and demographics. The Creative Director will be responsible for overseeing the creative process from concept to execution for a portfolio of international clients, ensuring brand consistency and pushing the boundaries of creative innovation. You will inspire and mentor a diverse team of designers, copywriters, and art directors, fostering an environment of growth and outstanding creative output.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of creatives (art directors, copywriters, designers) on international projects.
  • Develop and present innovative creative strategies and concepts to clients, translating marketing objectives into powerful campaigns.
  • Oversee all stages of creative production, ensuring high quality, brand consistency, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the international team.
  • Stay abreast of global advertising trends, consumer insights, and technological advancements to inform creative solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with account management, strategy, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Recruit, train, and develop top creative talent.
  • Represent the agency's creative vision and capabilities in client meetings and pitches.

Habilidades Requeridas

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in advertising or a related creative field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative strategy and execution across various media and international campaigns.
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and strong understanding of digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead multidisciplinary creative teams.
  • Deep understanding of global consumer behaviors and cultural nuances in advertising.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Experience working with global brands and multi-market campaigns.
  • Awards and recognition for creative excellence.
  • Experience with integrated marketing communications (IMC).
