We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CrossFit Coach to join our international team at CrossFit Girona. This role involves delivering high-quality coaching to a diverse membership base, including athletes of all skill levels and nationalities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CrossFit methodologies, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for community building. You will be responsible for leading group classes, providing personalized coaching, and contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of our box. Responsabilidades Clave

• Lead dynamic and engaging CrossFit classes for athletes of all levels, ensuring proper technique and safety.
• Provide individualized coaching and modifications to meet diverse member needs and abilities.
• Develop and implement daily WODs (Workout of the Day) in alignment with CrossFit Girona’s programming philosophy.
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and motivational environment for all members, including international clientele.
• Conduct introductory sessions and assessments for new members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe training facility.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay current with CrossFit best practices.
• Assist with administrative tasks, membership inquiries, and community events as needed.

Habilidades Requeridas

• CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1) certification
• Minimum of 3 years of active coaching experience in a CrossFit affiliate
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written, for international communication
• Strong understanding of CrossFit movements, programming, and scaling
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and build rapport with a diverse group of athletes
• Current First Aid and CPR certification

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• CrossFit Level 2 Trainer (CF-L2) or higher certification
• Proficiency in Spanish or Catalan
• Specialized CrossFit certifications (e.g., Kids, Gymnastics, Weightlifting)
• Experience coaching competitive CrossFit athletes
• Background in sports science, kinesiology, or a related field
