We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Investor Relations professional to join our team in Sitges. This role is crucial for maintaining and building strong relationships with our investor community, communicating our strategic vision, financial performance, and market insights. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the real estate sector, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in investor relations or a similar financial role.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other financial stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver investor presentations, financial reports, and other communication materials.
• Respond to investor inquiries and provide timely and accurate information regarding company performance and strategy.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and investor perceptions of the company.
• Organize and participate in investor conferences, roadshows, and one-on-one meetings.
• Collaborate with senior management, finance, and legal teams to ensure consistent and compliant communication.
• Support the preparation of annual reports, quarterly earnings calls, and other regulatory filings.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Minimum 4 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field within the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and capital markets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in creating compelling presentations and financial reports.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and market trends.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
• CFA designation or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience with CRM software and investor relations platforms.
• Fluency in Catalan is a plus.
