We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our innovative team in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León. Responsabilidades Clave

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to address specific business problems.
• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to discover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to define project requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences using clear and compelling visualizations and narratives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data science processes and best practices within the organization.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and model development.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with SQL and working with relational and non-relational databases.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, Power BI).
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
