We are seeking a diligent and efficient Paint Can Lid Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Reus, Tarragona, Spain. This is a fast-paced role essential to our production line, responsible for operating machinery that manufactures and applies lids to paint cans. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possess a keen eye for detail, and thrive in an environment where precision and speed are paramount. Safety and quality are our top priorities, and you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards. This is an on-site position.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Operate and monitor paint can lid manufacturing and application machinery according to established procedures.
• Perform routine quality checks on lids and finished cans to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Load raw materials (e.g., metal sheets, lid components) into machines.
• Troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions and perform basic preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and quality standards.
• Record production data, including output, downtime, and quality issues.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production flow and address operational challenges.
• Identify and report any equipment or safety concerns immediately.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Basic mechanical aptitude for operating and monitoring machinery.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for extended periods.
