We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Change Management Specialist to join our Transformation team in Gijón. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through complex organizational changes, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and structures. You will develop and implement comprehensive change strategies, focusing on stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and cultural alignment. Responsabilidades Clave

• Design and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans for transformation projects.
• Conduct change impact assessments and readiness analyses to identify potential resistance points and formulate mitigation plans.
• Develop and execute communication plans, ensuring clear and consistent messaging to all stakeholders.
• Create and deliver training programs to enable successful adoption of new systems, processes, and behaviors.
• Coach project teams and client leaders on change management best practices.
• Monitor and report on change progress, identifying key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to foster stakeholder engagement and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and subject matter experts to integrate change management activities into project plans.

Habilidades Requeridas

• 3-5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related consulting roles.
• Proven experience with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR model).
• Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci).
• Experience working within a consulting environment.
• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and agile methodologies.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
