We are seeking an accomplished and visionary VP of Sales to lead our sales organization in Santander. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious growth targets, expanding market share, and fostering strong client relationships. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in driving sales performance, building high-performing teams, and possessing exceptional command of the English language for international business development.

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and initiatives to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and achievement.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and client segments to drive sustainable growth.
- Forge and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reporting to ensure optimal resource allocation and transparency.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
Habilidades Requeridas
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies and achieve substantial revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in building, coaching, and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (both written and verbal).
