We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated English Teachers to join our team in Badajoz, Spain. This is an exciting opportunity for qualified individuals (TEFL/CELTA certified) looking to teach English abroad, with full visa sponsorship provided for eligible non-EU candidates. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English language lessons to a diverse range of students, from young learners to adults, across various proficiency levels. Responsabilidades Clave

• Plan and deliver dynamic, student-centered English language lessons in accordance with the International House methodology and curriculum.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
• Create a positive and encouraging classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
• Participate in ongoing professional development sessions and school meetings.
• Assist students with cultural integration and provide support where necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Native or near-native proficiency in English (C2 level).
• Internationally recognized TEFL or CELTA certification (or equivalent Level 5 qualification).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong classroom management abilities.
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for living and working abroad.
• Eligibility for visa sponsorship (non-EU citizens).
• A passion for teaching and helping students achieve their language goals.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of full-time English teaching experience.
• Basic knowledge of Spanish (A1/A2 level) is a plus, but not required.
• Experience teaching different age groups and proficiency levels.
