We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Expat Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Girona, Catalonia. This high-commission role is ideal for ambitious professionals who are passionate about connecting international clients with their dream properties in one of Spain’s most sought-after regions. You will leverage your excellent sales skills, market knowledge, and client-centric approach to build strong relationships and facilitate successful property transactions for our diverse expat clientele.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of expat clients seeking properties in Girona and the surrounding areas.
• Conduct market research to identify properties that match client requirements and investment goals.
• Show properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and local amenities.
• Guide clients through the entire buying process, from initial inquiry to closing, including legal and financial aspects.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fellow agents, and industry partners.
• Provide exceptional customer service and expert advice on local market conditions and regulations.
• Proactively generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, particularly with international or expat clients.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages (e.g., Catalan, French, German) are highly advantageous.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a commission-based environment.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market in Catalonia.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse client portfolio.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience living or working as an expat.
• Familiarity with Spanish property law and tax regulations for non-residents.
• Existing network of expat clients or contacts.
