We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hair/Beauty Salon Manager to lead our vibrant team in Arrecife, Lanzarote. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with a proven track record in salon management, exceptional customer service, and a strong business acumen. You will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations, ensuring a premium client experience, and driving the salon’s growth and profitability.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Manage and motivate a team of stylists, beauticians, and support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
• Ensure exceptional client service standards are consistently met and exceeded, addressing any client concerns professionally.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets for services and retail products.
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and optimize operational costs.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide ongoing training, and support staff development.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the salon.
• Handle all administrative tasks, including payroll, reporting, and compliance with local regulations.
• Stay updated with industry trends, products, and techniques to keep the salon competitive.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Minimum 4 years of experience in salon or retail management, preferably in the beauty sector.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales and customer service expertise.
• Solid understanding of salon operations and business management.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in salon management software and basic office applications.

Cualificaciones Preferidas
