TUI Group is looking for enthusiastic Holiday Reps and Resort Entertainers to join our teams in beautiful destinations. You’ll be the face of our brand, ensuring guests have an incredible time from arrival to departure, organizing activities, providing local insights, and delivering engaging entertainment. No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates who possess energy, a positive attitude, and a desire to make every holiday special.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide essential orientation about the resort and local area.
• Organize and lead a variety of daily activities and evening entertainment for guests of all ages.
• Act as a point of contact for guests, addressing queries, concerns, and special requests promptly.
• Promote and sell excursions, activities, and services available through TUI.
• Maintain a visible and approachable presence around the resort, fostering a friendly atmosphere.
• Collaborate with resort staff and local partners to ensure smooth operation of activities and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with guest departures, ensuring a pleasant end to their holiday.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve service delivery.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of energy and enthusiasm
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, diverse environment
• Strong customer service orientation
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or entertainment roles
• Knowledge of a second European language (e.g., German, Spanish, French)
• Experience working or living abroad
• First Aid certification
