We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Hop Harvesting Assistants for the upcoming seasonal harvest in Jerez de la Frontera. This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy working outdoors and are looking for hands-on experience in the agricultural sector. You will play a crucial role in collecting the hops that are essential for crafting our renowned beers. The position is temporary, aligning with the hop harvesting season, and offers a unique chance to be part of a vital stage in our brewing process.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist with the manual harvesting of hop cones, ensuring careful handling to maintain quality.
• Operate and monitor harvesting machinery under direct supervision, adhering to safety guidelines.
• Sort and inspect freshly harvested hops for quality, removing any unwanted materials.
• Load and unload hop materials onto transport vehicles or into drying facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment throughout the season.
• Follow all safety protocols, operational procedures, and instructions from supervisors.
• Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, sun, occasional rain).
