We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team in Badajoz, Spain. This critical role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with a particular focus on serving our growing expat client base. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency of HVAC systems, adhering to safety standards, and providing clear communication to clients.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems, including split systems, VRV/VRF systems, and heat pumps.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
• Perform routine and complex repairs, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to expat clients, explaining issues and solutions clearly and professionally in English.
• Maintain accurate records of all service and repair work performed.
• Manage and organize service vehicle inventory and tools.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and office staff.
• Stay updated with new HVAC technologies and industry best practices.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC system principles, electrical components, and refrigeration cycles.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing complex HVAC issues.
• Valid HVAC certification (e.g., F-Gas certification) relevant to European standards.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver's license.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Vocational degree or equivalent in HVAC technology.
• Experience with Daikin products and systems.
• Additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, German, French) are a plus.
• Experience working with international clients or in a multicultural environment.
