We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team in Torrevieja, focusing on our valued expat client base. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will work directly with a diverse group of international clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a customer-focused approach, and excellent communication abilities, particularly in English.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on all types of HVAC systems, including split units, VRF systems, and chillers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions, conducting efficient and effective repairs.
• Install new HVAC equipment and systems in residential and commercial properties.
• Respond promptly to emergency service calls and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repair, and installation work performed.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with expat clients, explaining technical issues and solutions in an understandable way.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Order and manage necessary parts and equipment for repairs and installations.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, demonstrating a strong understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC units.
• Knowledge of refrigerants and F-Gas regulations.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills in English, suitable for interacting with an expat clientele.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., F-Gas certification).
• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish and English, or additional European languages).
• Experience with smart home climate control systems.
• A strong customer service orientation and ability to work independently.
• Previous experience working with international clients or in a multicultural environment.
