We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Ice Cream Plant Assistants to join our production team in Palma de Mallorca. This role offers both seasonal and permanent opportunities, providing flexibility and pathways for long-term career growth. As a Plant Assistant, you will be crucial to the efficient operation of our ice cream manufacturing facility, supporting various stages of the production process. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, enjoy teamwork, and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist with the setup, operation, and monitoring of ice cream production machinery.
• Perform quality control checks on raw materials and finished products.
• Follow strict food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
• Support packaging and labeling processes for various ice cream products.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, work areas, and production lines regularly.
• Load and unload ingredients and finished products, including manual lifting.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Basic understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP or other food safety systems.
• Forklift operation certification (advantageous).
