We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Property Valuation Assistant to join our dynamic real estate office in Pedregalejo, Malaga. This entry to mid-level role is ideal for an individual looking to build a career in property valuation and gain hands-on experience within a prestigious international firm. You will work closely with our experienced valuers, providing essential support in all aspects of property appraisal, research, and report generation.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Conduct comprehensive market research to gather comparable sales data, rental figures, and property trends in the Pedregalejo and wider Malaga area.
• Assist in the preparation of detailed property valuation reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to professional standards.
• Organize and maintain a robust database of property information, market data, and client records.
• Support valuers during property inspections, including note-taking, photography, and data collection.
• Draft correspondence, proposals, and other documents related to valuation assignments.
• Communicate effectively with clients, property owners, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information.
• Perform administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the valuation department.
