We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Corralejo, Fuerteventura. This role is crucial for expanding our digital footprint and engaging with a global audience through compelling influencer collaborations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess a strong understanding of social media trends, and be passionate about travel and hospitality. You will be responsible for identifying, vetting, and managing relationships with influencers to promote RIU Hotels & Resorts across various platforms.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Identify and research potential influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors who align with RIU's brand values and target demographics.
• Manage the end-to-end influencer collaboration process, from initial outreach and negotiation to content review and performance tracking.
• Develop and execute creative influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and bookings.
• Maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring clear communication and positive experiences.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and best practices in influencer marketing.
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Coordinate with internal marketing, PR, and social media teams to ensure integrated campaign strategies.
• Manage influencer contracts, agreements, and payment processes.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a related field.
• Proven ability to identify, recruit, and manage influencer relationships.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) and their analytics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry.
