We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Painter and Decorator to join our dynamic team, specializing in high-end renovation projects for expat clients across the Costa Blanca. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a proven ability to deliver superior finishes. This role involves working on a variety of residential and commercial properties, ensuring all painting and decorating work meets our exacting standards and client expectations.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Prepare surfaces for painting and decorating, including cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming.
• Apply paint, varnish, wallpaper, and other finishes using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Advise clients on color schemes, materials, and finishes to achieve desired aesthetics and durability.
• Ensure all work areas are kept clean and tidy throughout the project duration.
• Protect furniture, flooring, and other surfaces from paint splatters and damage.
• Inspect finished work for quality and address any imperfections promptly.
• Manage and maintain painting equipment and tools.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations on all job sites.
• Collaborate effectively with other tradespeople and project managers.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Painter and Decorator.
• Excellent knowledge of different painting techniques, materials, and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality finishes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and punctual.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Vocational qualification or certification in painting and decorating.
• Experience working on renovation projects for international clients.
• Basic knowledge of Spanish language is a plus.
