We are seeking a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our thriving digital agency in Benidorm. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, executing, and managing influencer marketing campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for identifying relevant influencers, building strong relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring campaign performance aligns with client objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented individual with a passion for digital trends and a knack for connecting brands with their target audiences through authentic voices.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with client goals and brand guidelines.
• Identify, vet, and recruit suitable influencers across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, blogs, etc.) for client campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with influencers and influencer networks.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and compensation with influencers to ensure favorable outcomes.
• Manage the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, from brief creation to content approval and post-campaign analysis.
• Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide detailed reports on ROI and effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including client services, social media, and content creation, to ensure integrated campaign execution.
• Ensure all influencer activities comply with relevant advertising regulations and brand safety guidelines.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital PR.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective influencer ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify and vet influencers based on audience demographics, engagement rates, and brand fit.
• Proficiency in campaign management and performance tracking tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize innovative campaign ideas.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
