We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Insurance Broker to specialize in serving our expat client base in Sant Feliu de Guixols. This role involves understanding the unique insurance needs of expatriates, offering tailored solutions, and building lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of international insurance products, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional service to a diverse clientele.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Identify and acquire new expat clients through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements.
- Present and explain complex insurance products clearly and concisely, including health, life, property, and liability policies relevant to expats.
- Customize insurance portfolios to meet individual client needs and budget constraints.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive service.
- Stay updated on market trends, product changes, and regulatory requirements in the international insurance sector.
- Ensure all sales activities and client interactions comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Proven experience in insurance sales or brokerage, preferably with international clients.
- Deep knowledge of various insurance products (health, life, property, casualty).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and manage a client portfolio effectively.
- Strong ethical conduct and commitment to client confidentiality.
- Valid insurance broker license or ability to obtain one quickly.
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Additional language proficiency (e.g., French, German, Dutch).
- Experience with CRM software and digital sales tools.
- Familiarity with the legal and regulatory framework of insurance in Spain and for international clients.
