Accenture, a global leader in professional services, invites you to join our team in Mahon for an enriching IT Business Analysis Internship. As an IT Business Analysis Intern, you will work closely with experienced Business Analysts and project teams to support the full lifecycle of IT projects. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions, helping us deliver impactful results.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist senior Business Analysts in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders.
• Support the creation of functional and non-functional specifications for IT solutions.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and contribute to test case development.
• Help in the preparation of project documentation, presentations, and reports.
• Conduct research and analysis to support project initiatives and solution design.
• Collaborate with development teams and business users to ensure requirements are understood and met.
• Learn and apply various business analysis methodologies and tools.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
• Basic understanding of IT systems and software development lifecycles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous academic or personal project experience involving business analysis or IT solution design.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of data modeling or process mapping tools.
