We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Investment Associate to join our dynamic Capital Markets team in Girona. Responsabilidades Clave

• Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analysis for various capital markets products.
• Prepare detailed market research reports, industry analyses, and company profiles.
• Assist in the preparation of client presentations, pitch books, and other marketing materials.
• Support the structuring and execution of debt and equity capital market transactions.
• Perform due diligence on potential investment opportunities and client mandates.
• Liaise with internal teams, including sales, trading, and risk management, to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and risks.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and analytical tools.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, private equity, or a related financial role.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and valuation methodologies.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Master's degree or MBA.
• CFA charter holder or candidate.
• Experience with Bloomberg, Refinitiv (Eikon/Icon), or other financial data terminals.
• Prior experience in a front-office role within a major financial institution.
• Knowledge of the Spanish and European regulatory landscape.
