We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our Corporate Law department in Melilla. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic legal environment, working alongside experienced lawyers on real corporate transactions and advisory matters. You will contribute to various aspects of corporate law, enhance your research skills, and develop a practical understanding of business law principles. This is an excellent opportunity for law students or recent graduates eager to kickstart their career in corporate law.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Conduct legal research on corporate law topics, regulations, and case precedents.
• Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including drafts of contracts, agreements, and corporate resolutions.
• Support lawyers in due diligence processes for M&A transactions.
• Organize and maintain legal files and documentation.
• Attend client meetings and internal team discussions, taking notes and contributing insights.
• Assist with compliance checks and corporate governance tasks.
• Summarize complex legal texts and provide concise reports.
• Perform administrative tasks to support the Corporate Law department.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Law degree (Grado en Derecho).
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Prior experience in a legal setting or another internship (e.g., paralegal, legal assistant).
• Knowledge of an additional European language (e.g., French, Portuguese).
• Demonstrated interest in corporate law, commercial law, or finance.
• Strong academic record in relevant coursework.
