We are seeking a highly proactive and culturally astute Lifestyle Manager to join our dedicated team in Chamberi, Madrid. This role is specifically tailored to support our English-speaking expat members, ensuring their seamless integration into Madrid life and providing them with a comprehensive range of luxury concierge services. You will be the primary point of contact, anticipating their needs, navigating local nuances, and delivering exceptional service that exceeds expectations. This is an on-site role, deeply embedded within the vibrant Chamberi district, allowing you to provide localized and personalized support.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for English-speaking expat members in Madrid.
• Assist members with all aspects of relocation, including housing search, legal processes, school selection, and administrative tasks.
• Curate bespoke experiences, including restaurant bookings, event access, travel arrangements, and luxury retail experiences.
• Provide comprehensive support for daily life management, such as personal shopping, home services, and health and wellness coordination.
• Offer expert advice on local culture, customs, and services to facilitate smooth integration.
• Proactively anticipate member needs and offer personalized solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and service providers to ensure exclusive access and preferential treatment.
• Handle all requests efficiently and discreetly, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Manage member accounts, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely follow-ups.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Fluency in English (native or equivalent proficiency) is essential.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role within luxury services, hospitality, or concierge.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of empathy and cultural sensitivity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Proficiency in Spanish (B2 level or higher) is highly desirable.
• Prior experience working with or as an expat.
• Familiarity with Madrid's local culture, services, and luxury scene.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
