We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our Production Team in Jerez de la Frontera. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a dedication to fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. You will play a crucial role in optimizing manufacturing processes and achieving production targets.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers on the manufacturing floor.
• Monitor production schedules, ensuring timely completion of orders and adherence to deadlines.
• Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure products meet specifications.
• Identify and resolve production issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Train and mentor production team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
• Maintain accurate production records, including output, scrap rates, and labor hours.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Maintenance and Quality Assurance, to optimize operations.

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
• Ability to read and interpret production schedules and technical documents.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
• Certifications in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing context.
• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken).
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry regulations and standards.
