Are you a highly motivated and English-speaking financial professional with a passion for helping international clients navigate the Spanish mortgage market? Santander España is seeking a dedicated Mortgage Advisor to join our dynamic team in Murcia, specializing in serving our valued expat community. As a Mortgage Advisor for Expat Clients, you will be instrumental in guiding non-resident and resident expat individuals through the complexities of securing financing for their properties in Spain. Responsabilidades Clave

• Provide comprehensive mortgage advice and solutions tailored to the needs of expat clients, including non-residents and residents.
• Conduct in-depth financial assessments to determine client eligibility and recommend suitable mortgage products.
• Explain complex mortgage terms, conditions, and the Spanish legal process clearly and concisely in English.
• Prepare and submit mortgage applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Liaise effectively with internal departments, notaries, and other third parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with expat clients, real estate agents, and other referral sources.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and new mortgage products relevant to expat clients in Spain.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Proven experience in mortgage advisory or a related financial sales role.
• Strong understanding of the Spanish mortgage market and legal requirements, particularly concerning expat clients.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze financial information and provide sound advice.
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Fluency in Spanish or other European languages (e.g., German, French, Dutch).
• Relevant financial qualifications or certifications (e.g., CeMAP, EFA).
• Experience working with international clients or within an international banking environment.
• Knowledge of CRM software and other financial tools.
