We are seeking a talented and passionate 3D Environment Artist to join our dynamic team in Estepona. As a 3D Environment Artist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, immersive environments that bring our game worlds to life. You will work closely with concept artists, game designers, and technical artists to ensure that our environments are visually stunning, technically sound, and enhance the overall player experience. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to globally recognized mobile games and push the boundaries of visual storytelling in the gaming industry.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Model, texture, and light realistic and stylized 3D environments, props, and architectural elements.
• Collaborate with concept artists and game designers to translate artistic visions into compelling 3D assets.
• Optimize assets for performance across various platforms while maintaining visual fidelity.
• Implement assets into the game engine and ensure proper scene setup, lighting, and collision.
• Work within technical constraints and adhere to artistic guidelines to maintain a consistent visual style.
• Iterate on assets based on feedback from the art director and design team.
• Contribute to the development of efficient art pipelines and workflows.
• Maintain a strong understanding of current industry trends and tools for environment art.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Maya, 3ds Max, Blender).
• Expertise in texturing tools (e.g., Substance Painter, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of PBR workflows and materials.
• Solid portfolio demonstrating strong artistic skills and a keen eye for composition, color, and mood.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate ideas clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Experience with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, C#) is a plus.
• Experience with sculpting software (e.g., ZBrush).
• Understanding of level design principles and environmental storytelling.
• Degree in Art, Animation, Game Design, or a related field.
