We are seeking dedicated and meticulous Mushroom Harvesting Operatives to join our year-round team in Jerez de la Frontera. This role involves the careful and efficient hand-picking of various mushroom varieties within a controlled indoor farm environment. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and freshness of our produce, contributing directly to our mission of delivering premium vegetables to our customers. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and productivity.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Carefully hand-harvest mushrooms according to strict quality and size specifications.
• Sort and pack harvested mushrooms efficiently, minimizing damage and waste.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all hygiene and food safety protocols.
• Monitor mushroom growth and report any anomalies or issues to supervisors.
• Operate basic harvesting tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
