We are seeking a dedicated and passionate NGO Project Coordinator to join our team in Benidorm. This role is crucial for the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects aimed at improving the lives of children and communities in Spain and beyond. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and managing resources effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong organizational skills and a commitment to humanitarian work.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Plan and coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, outcomes, and impact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, partners, and beneficiaries.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, agreements, and activity logs.
- Support fundraising efforts by contributing to grant proposals and donor reports.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and local regulations.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably within the non-profit sector.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in International Development, Social Sciences, Project Management, or a related field.
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- PMP or other recognized project management certification.
- Experience with donor relations and grant reporting.
- Knowledge of child protection and human rights issues.
