Are you passionate about the outdoors and eager to start a career in adventure tourism? Costa Blanca Adventures is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Outdoor Adventure Guide Trainees for the upcoming Summer Season. This is an incredible opportunity for those with little to no prior experience to gain hands-on training and develop the skills necessary to become a professional adventure guide. You will work alongside our experienced guides, learning the ropes of leading groups, ensuring safety, and providing exceptional customer experiences across a variety of outdoor activities in the picturesque region of Oliva.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist senior guides in preparing, conducting, and concluding adventure trips (e.g., kayaking, hiking, cycling, paddleboarding).
• Learn and apply safety protocols, first aid procedures, and emergency response plans.
• Support with equipment maintenance, inventory, and logistics.
• Engage with participants, provide basic instruction, and foster a positive group dynamic.
• Develop knowledge of local geography, history, flora, and fauna to enhance client experience.
• Participate actively in all training sessions and workshops.
• Maintain a high level of physical fitness suitable for outdoor activities.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and environmental guidelines.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Basic knowledge of Spanish or another European language.
• Previous experience participating in organized outdoor activities.
• Basic first aid certification (or willingness to obtain quickly).
• Proficiency in swimming or basic water sports.
• Valid driver's license.
