You will be responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient delivery and collection of parcels on daily routes. This role requires excellent driving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a customer-focused attitude. Responsabilidades Clave

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle on assigned daily routes.
• Load and unload parcels accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver parcels to customers' specified addresses in a timely manner.
• Collect parcels from clients as scheduled.
• Obtain signatures and complete necessary delivery documentation.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the delivery vehicle.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and collections.
• Report any issues, incidents, or delays to the dispatch team.
• Use handheld devices for route navigation, scanning, and proof of delivery.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Valid Spanish driving license (B or equivalent).
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels weighing up to 25 kg.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate using maps or GPS.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
• Customer-service oriented approach.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in parcel delivery or courier services (e.g., 6 months+).
• Familiarity with the geography of Madrid, especially La Latina district.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using handheld scanning devices.
