We are seeking enthusiastic and diligent Poblano Pickers to join our agricultural team in Vallecas, Madrid. This vital role involves the manual harvesting of poblano peppers, ensuring they are picked at optimal ripeness and handled with care to maintain their quality. You will be an integral part of our supply chain, directly contributing to the fresh produce section of Mercadona supermarkets.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Carefully pick poblano peppers by hand from plants in the field.
• Inspect peppers for quality, size, and ripeness, ensuring only suitable produce is harvested.
• Place harvested peppers into designated containers without causing damage.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures while working in the fields.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work efficiently and meet daily harvesting targets.
• Report any issues with plant health or equipment to supervisors.
