We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Print Finisher to join our dynamic team in Playa de las Americas. The Print Finisher plays a crucial role in the post-production process, ensuring that all printed materials are cut, folded, bound, and finished to the exact specifications and quality standards. This role requires precision, an eye for detail, and the ability to operate various finishing equipment safely and efficiently. Responsabilidades Clave

• Operate and maintain a variety of finishing equipment, including cutters, folders, stitchers, laminators, and die-cutting machines.
• Perform precise cutting, folding, collating, binding, and packing of printed materials.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the finishing process to ensure accuracy and adherence to client specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with finishing equipment.
• Prepare finished products for shipping and delivery, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Collaborate with the print production team to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Assist with other print shop duties as needed.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience as a Print Finisher or in a similar role within a print production environment.
• Proficiency in operating various print finishing machinery (e.g., guillotine cutters, folding machines).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to read and interpret job tickets and specifications accurately.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for routine equipment maintenance.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Formal training or certification in print production or graphic arts.
• Experience with digital finishing equipment.
• Familiarity with different types of paper stock and binding methods.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator) for understanding layouts.
